Mark J. Coleman
Mr. Coleman most recently was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of The YES Network, which he helped form in June 2001. Prior to joining YES, Mr. Coleman was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of GlobalCenter Inc. since January 2000. Previously, since June 1998, he was a senior partner in Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP's Corporate Department, prior to which he was a partner at Pillsbury Madison & Sutro LLP since 1991. Mr. Coleman has worked with Mr. Hindery continuously since 1988. Mr. Coleman earned his B.A. from Pomona College and his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall).
